Looking back at 2016

We can't believe this year has ended so quickly. The year of 2016 brought us amazing clients who have become friends, major inspirational wedding designs, and the most epic parties ever! We were blessed to be featured again on multiple major wedding blogs over the months, crafted our buns off, and consumed endless amounts of caffeine but it was all worth it for the beauty and happiness that resulted.

Other big things that happened was that Erin started her own luxury beach towel company called Beach Bum Towel Co. If you haven't gotten one yet, you're missing out! Makes for the perfect gift and excuse to splurge for yourself.

Marina made the big jump across the Pacific and moved to Hawaii! We're thrilled to have expanded as she'll now be doing events both in the islands and back in California. She started a rental company there called Roam Rentals, which has taken off with the demand for boho and mid-century modern designed furniture and décor.

Enjoy a look back at some of our all time faves from this past year. SO good people!

There's no telling what 2017 is going to be bring, but we've already begun booking some crazy awesome clients. Cheers darlings!

Sea Foaming

I am loving seafoam lately and I think it makes a great addition to a pastel color palette or even better would be to pair it with a bright tangerine or yellow. This color is so dreamy I thought it would perk up your Wednesday.

Past the Pastel

I love soft subtle colors in weddings. There is something so romantic about these pale tones. Pastels are perfect for both spring and summer soiree's. Have you chosen a color pallet?

Seating {pews}

I love the idea of bring the indoors out and unexpected seating outdoors is one of the best ways to bring the indoors out. Old pews have the rustic old world feel and a are a wonderful option for your ceremony seating. Throw in some cute pillows to give the am cozy feel and you are ready to impress!

** Don't forget to HURRY UP and purchase your tickets to The Lab {an epic bridal experience}!!

Defy Gravity

When thinking about your floral don't forget to think outside of the box. You can suspend your floral arrangements or mount them on the wall. Adding a different level of floral can truly blow your guests away.

{Fall}ing in Love

Happy Monday morning beauties. Even though the weather has been simply wonderful this weekend I am still so excited for fall. I have become so very inspired by fall this year, so I have collection a group of my favorite fall bouquets.

Keep Em' Separated

Love seeing bridesmaids in something different and these bridesmaids in separates hits the spot. Great combos could be maid!! Plus the girls can show off a bit more personality with these different options.

Something Blue

I love unexpected blue details. I have some super cute little bits of blue. I mean how great is the blue details under the dress.

A Little Lace

Lace is such a lovely traditional detail and when you use it in a modern way it creates the perfect juxtaposition between old and new. The most unexpected details are the best ones.

Also Congrats to our Intern Kaitlyn on her engagement!!!!!

Fading fast

Thought I would touch on a hot new trend. Ombre! I can't help but love these transitional colors. There is something so romantic about the fading from dark to light. I love how it can be incorporated into so many aspects of a wedding.
