Cocktails {with a twist}

Wedding season's in full swing, and with summer fast approaching, I've been loving the idea of offering guests cocktails with a refreshing twist in the form of a popsicle. Not only thirst-quenching on a hot afternoon, they're a great way to work in a pop of color! Brain-freeze anyone?
