Real Wedding:: my BIG DAY part II {The ceremony}

The ceremony and reception were held at the Palmdale Estates in Fremont California.

To begin the ceremony The bridesmaids walked down the isle to Comptine D'un Autre Ete: L'Apres Midi from the Amelie movie. Amelie is my most favorite foreign film so I wanted to incorporate it in my wedding.

The best part of my wedding was that my Dad not only walked me down the isle but because he is a pastor he also married me. It was so personal and heartfelt I don't think there was a dry eye in the place. I will never forget his words and am so blessed to have such an amazing father.

Sean and I exchanged vows under a beautiful gazebo adorned with a chandelier I purchase on ebay which now hangs in our daughters room.

Our reception followed the ceremony inside the gorgeous estates. I wanted the guest to be comfortable and I had them in mind throughout the planning process. I provided flip flops for them so they could kick off there heels and dance the night away.

I hung chandelier crystals over the bar for a glamorous feel. I also layered black lace over white tablecloths and had very tall floral arrangements in black vases.

The head table we wanted to keep simple so everyone could see us. We did four small silver vases packed full of white roses and two tall tapered candle holders. All of the details were created and executed by myself! I also made wedding wands that could be waved at us while we made our exit.Check out a few more details below.

Thank you so much for checking out my wedding let me know what you think!
